I thought i knew it all...
This book really is a revelation. I learned so much, and although i read it completely I think i will allways be getting back to it and read certain cjhapters again. It's just so densely packed with knowledge. A big plus for me are those citations. Whenever I doubt something from the book, I can look up the sources and check them for myself. So all in all: please keep up this extraordinary work! And: I am looking forward to receiving the resilient being - if its only half as good as the BH handbook it's gonna be awesome!
So far so good, it came exceptionally packed! No damage, haven’t started reading yet but have skimmed through it and seems very detailed in a simple manor with images and tables. And like the name suggests a great handbook to start us off on our health journey
